I feel the same way about beating Texas...they may not go all the way but as long as we beat UT life is good.

Then life will never be good for a while ...  

The officials have been tragic at the previous games always siding with UT.

sorry tech fans

even though they are unbeaten

they have a tougher schedule after the ut game

texas on the other hand has already beat some of the top teams in the nation

all I can say is hook em horns

I'm serious....I think Tech will take them. Or at least I'm hoping.
And furthermore, Bama is better than Texas. Hands down. Texas' running game is lacking...I'll admit, McCoy has an arm but I don't think it would matter much against the tide's defense. Their blitz is too fast and Texas' defensive line hasn't faced anything that fast before.
McClain is amazingly quick and I don't think anyone from Texas can effectively stop him.

i dont think anyone is saying tech is a better team than texas.. but we're hoping for an upset this coming weekend.

Now way bama is better then Texas they have struggled against poor teams a la Kentucky, Mississippi, and even Tulane. Texas has struggled against OU & OSU only and they are way better then the other teams

I don't think the Horns offensive line would have a chance against bama's defense. Bama's defense is more reminicent of the NFL than any other college team. I don't think Texas can handle it. But, maybe we'll see.
I think McClain will have McCoy tangled up in no time.

i still think alabama has yet to really prove themselves. texas has beaten 3 top ten teams. bama has beaten georgia. and struggled against kentucky, tulane, and whoever else.. and i dont think a win over tenn says much of anything.  so as of now id say texas is better than bama.

Both teams, UT and tech won their games.

Next weekend we have two undefeated teams! It's going to be good.

tech is underrated to be undefeated and ranked 8th.

Yeah, tech ran a train on them. New standing has them at #7 I think.  They are underrated.
