Political Question

I am undecided on the election at this time, but there is something I would like to get more information about.  One thing that McCain has said in each debate is that Obama's tax plan will raise taxes, yet Obama is saying it will either keep the same rate or lower taxes for anyone making less thant $250K a year which is majority of america.  So either one of them is lying or they are doing some fancy wording and each are right.

Can anyone tell me who they can both be right?  and Please no bashing of eaither candidate, im looking for facts not personal opinions.

ya i know, it takes all the fun out of talking politics but that is why i made my own thread instead of asking in the debate thread.
