    Need Prayer's

    At 3:00 pm today a friend of mine was murdered by her (soon to be ex) husband. She had 3 young children. Please send your prayer's to her family. Her name was Martha Nicole Allen. She was 27 years old. The sweetest woman you would ever meet. She was a wonderful mother. Her children are 10, 8 & 5 months. This has been a very sad day for us.   I spoke to her this morning at 10:30 am. She had a doctor's appointment set for 2:45 pm this afternoon and was going to call to let us know what she found out. She has not been well for the last few days. Instead we received a call from her mother at 4:00 pm saying that her husband had shot and killed her then turned the gun on himself. Her sister had taken the children out of the house 30 minutes before this happened. She was at his house picking up the children when he went nuts and killed her. He was brought to the hospital and I have no other news on him at the moment.     I'm truly deeply saddened to hear this. Her children, family, and friends (you included) are certainly in my thoughts and prayers in this dark hour.

      I'm very sorry for you loss.  I hate to even think about somthing like this because a similar situation happen to me earlier this year and I really miss my friend.  I just don't know what goes through a person's head to bring them to this extreme.  My prayers will definitely go out to the family and children as well as your family.  That is a terrible tragedy to happen to any family.

          What do you say to the kids? What do you say to the family? My heart is breaking. She was so young. Me and her oldest daughter were starting to get close. She was telling me secrets that she didn't want her mom to know. What do I say to her? She just lost her mother and father today. I just can't believe this has happened.

                My aunt was murdered in her front yard in 2004. My uncle was charged with the murder in 2005 and is in prison for 40 years.
                Bad things happen, sadly...often to good people.

                My prayers and condolences go out to the family and children.

                      I'm so sorry. LIke Alexrae said this things often happen to the best of people. She was very lucky to have such a good friend. Prayers to the children and family.

                        I started to type something but I may regret it later so I erased it. I'm going through so many emotions right now it's crazy.  Thanks for letting me rant & vent. Thank you all for your prayers.

                              Two friends of mine had been together since they were teenagers - they had two young children.  He was working late and called his wife to tell her he was on his way home...sadly he never made it.  She recieved a phone call from the police early the next morning to come to the station.  He had been murdered - shot twice in the head.  To this day no one knows why or who did it.  His son was very young when this happend and didn't completely understand.  I will never forget talking with him and he looked at me and said "who will play video games with me now?"  It still breaks my heart.   :(

                              It's truly sad how much your life can change in one second.  The children, friends & family will be in my thoughts.  I'm very sorry for your loss.
