Hey I'm experiencing login issues with Tapatalk, keep getting locked out even though I entered everything correctly. I have the same issue on Marsh and was told there was some upgrade the site needed to do with the Tapatalk plug in. Could you take a look into it for me please, I need to be able to log in 15 times a day to get my fishy fix!

It may be issues with your app. Maybe you need to update it? I don't have any problems logging onto Marsh or HFB through Tapatalk. I have the latest version. -

Just un installed and reinstalled and yes, it was a problem with the app... Weird since I only bought it like 5 days ago, I didn't think there where any updates!

Sometimes it's not an update and your app just effs up. I've had to uninstall and reinstall in the past while I was using Tapatalk on my iTouch. Never had a problem with Tapatalk so far while using it on my HTCComment

Well... I spoke too soon, worked for all of ten minutes, came back to phone and I'm having the same issue again, I cannot work this out! I have the latest version from the play store, correct login... But as soon as I close app and open it again, my details are apparently incorrect :–(

No, I don't think it's my connection, got really strong 4G out here, never have any issues with any other applications. It says something along the lines of 'you have entered an incorrect user name or password. Attempt 1 of 5, after 5failed attempts you will be locked out of the account for 15 minutes'

Maybe you are putting in the wrong password? That happened to me before when trying to log onto Marsh. Found out I was putting the wrong passwordComment
