How come he got deleted and then came back to start posting with the same effyou attitude? Should have been a one-and-done ban because he was the same way when he first started posting on HFB. Hope he is not let in again. We don't need that kinda publicity here

As most of you know Traci (the site owner) is a kind and generous individual. She believes in giving people an opportunity to redeem themselves. Punishment on this site is progressive.

Let's be honest with ourselves here, there are a large number of people who would have long ago been permanently banned on most if not all other sites by now. However they have been given opportunities to correct their behavior and allowed to return to the forum. In some instances these members have redeemed themselves in others they continued to violate forum rules and were banned.

I find it a little troubling that there are so many who take advantage of the liberal and generous enforcement of the rules and then want to act outraged when that same generosity is extended to others.

The rules are enforced without bias for all regardless of post count, longevity or any other considerations. If any member believes the rules are too lax or that we should deny members more than one chance please feel free to voice your concerns to Traci via pm or website feedback.

Just bear in mind that if/when you ask for stricter enforcement or ask to eliminate second chances that will apply to all members.

Ok, he made a mistake putting a big fish in a small tank.

But the way to address it is to teach him. Not make fun of him and call him out, unless it was done out of friendship and you know him on a personal level.
