I respond in what seems to be a loosing effort to get everyone to see the positive in things and cut the negative crap out that does no one any good.

I participate in think group talks at my peer level with persons that will be retiring in the next 20 years.

One of our biggest concerns outside of quality product development is the new generations that will be replacing us.

We see way to much of the negative attitudes and what are you going to do for me with no thought of what can i do to keep the solid foundation that's been laid down for me going.

I recently made a strategic hire in my department to insure our future. It took me six months and 100's of applicants to get the right person. Five years ago i filled a simliar position in less than 30 days using the same tactics.

The jest of what I'm trying to say is this: Staying positive no matter what you do is the greatest key to success. Negativity is a demoralizing stigma that doesn't allow anyone to succed.

I was posting and keeping a watch on that post. I know what was said.

I think its more importtent to move forward. Everyone needs to forgive and forget.
