hi everybody!!!!
it never stops amazing me how many friends i have, the goodness of others is almost overwhelming at times. and so i wanted to say thank you to everyone who has reached out, helped in any way, or even just checked in on me during these dark times in my life. as many of you already know, i recently separated from my hubby of 8 years, then a week later lost my job, and soon after lost my internet, among many other things. i have a couple of threads i started, posting everything i have for sale, as i decided i needed a roof over my son's head (and my own) more than i needed my fishy friends. this is still the case, and i will be updating them soon. but i wanted to let everyone know that i am still here, and i was working at HAW, and now i'm at Pet Depot in missouri city, pending a interview on wednesday for a INCREDIBLY cool job... keep your fingers crossed for me guys!!! if i get it all my money problems will go away. i'm online right now on a computer a dear friend has given me, using a mobile hotspot another dear friend gave me. a wonderful woman who only knew me because she was a customer of mine at petco gave me the cash i needed to pay my rent this month, and yet another good friend gave me the job i'm working at now. the goodness of others has brought tears to my eyes numerous times over the past month and a half, and i'm so proud to be a part of this wonderful community. thank you all for being who you are and being there for me.
just treat it as a bump on the road. If I have more space I could have buy more fish from you to help a bit but I did all I could
