              Since this is the chat room...I just wanted to add that I HATE DIETS.

              When I was buying my "dieters delight" (consist of a scoop of chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, couple slivers of carrot and celery with 3 packages of crackers) today at a local mom & pop deli...there was this lovely piece of double chocolate cake sitting there calling my name (literally)!!! --So I bought it I'm washing it down with a diet dp though...that helps Right?!!  :P
