Wow, bad idea going to the meeting. I was sick all weekend (flu or something, not hungover  :)  ) and missed work Monday and Tuesday. I think Juicy's sick, too.  :(

Just met her, actually, but hope to hang out sometime soon! I ran into Steve (her husband) on Monday when I was getting lunch! He told me that she was coming down with something, and it sounds exactly like what I had.

Dont worry to much.. make sure that your hatches are closed tonight... TS Humberto is expected to make landfall between Freeport and Galveston sometime around Midnight tonight.
Expect the Houston area to have a lot of rain and some local flooding.

Yeah I woke up to the radio this morning with, "and hurricane Humberto hit landfall at about 2am" instantly thinking ouch, its prolly going to rain like a synflood here...  nope the next line is "crossing hi island and continuing east of Beaumont."

My next thought...  man I am going to snooze another 10 minutes.

I hate getting up early... I dont get to see my fish in the morning.

yes our little babies are very fortunate that we didn't get that storm and the power outages that usually accompany them.....I watched it until about 12 on the tv and decided it was going elsewhere and snoozed for a spell before getting up to go to work this morning at 4am....so we can give a big sign of relief now....one more missed...and saturdays' weather is going to be great and in the 80's....getting cooler guys...whoooohoooo....the meetings at Mike's won't be sooooooo sweltering........
