This nga. That's what's up! Banh mi, coffee, and fish tanks! 2 story building. Food and drinks up top with a display tank and a patio. Fish store on lower floor.

Yeah it would be! Eff degrees. Too much work, effort, and money for a chance to get a job... Gonna go for the small biz like every other Asian and their mommas!

Yup! Tapioca, banh mi, and coffee upstairs. The real biz (fish) downstairs. None of that fish n pets crap. Fish only! Probably hit up another way to make money upstairs just don't know what yet. I've got so much time to plan this out. Gotta have TVs upstairs though!

I've pretty much decided against opening a LFS. Too much of a time commitment. Maybe when I retire...

A great idea with doing fish store would be for the owner to buy fish from members here and actually pay cash for them instead of doing store credit like most stores do. It will help the members sell their livestock and keep everything local.

The problem is that most people bring tend to bring in low quality stuff . . . and they are incredibly 'proud' of it.
