Looks like either an upper-level Biology class focusing on fish or a course intended to introduce students to something local. . . when I was teaching labs, I got to teach one of the latter in Maine, and it was an amazing class! I have a feeling, though, that it's the former based on the specificity of the books. It should still be interesting and fun, though, too. I really enjoyed my Entomology class, which is why I ended up in that field for awhile.Tell your boss you need to go home to take care of your "cichlids." It sounds an awful lot like "sick kids."

my major is in marine biology.
The books are for 2 classes, Ichthyology and mariculture.
Tony it seems like all/most of the marine classes taught at A&M try to incorporate a local theme of flora and fauna.Comment
