i caught crappies, bowfin, and some other kind of sunfish. i think they were warmouths. there is also alot of tilapia there. its sad but true. they swim in big schools.

another place i have been to is a man made lake on fondren and beltway 8. its on buffalo run right next to thurgood marshall high school.

is it legal to fish there ??? and is it a catch and release thing??

or is catch and release only for the state parks?

its legal to fish but not sure about the catch and release thing. watch out for the gators. if you plan on going today i can meet you there its down the street from my moms.
