So as you may have heard, on March 13, 2010 the GHAC is hosting its monthly meeting at Tim's house (armthehomeless). We are also using this day as our first quarterly benefit for the HFB. We need so many things to make this a success and that's where YOU come in. If you can help out with ANY of the listed items, please PM me so we can work out some details. Thank you in advance.
1. Food: We need enough food for probably 30+ people. Preferably already cooked food but I have a large grill I can transport. I would like to charge $5 a plate but this is subject to change. (all money would go to the HFB)
2. Raffle: We need items for the raffle. All items will be considered a donation so you wont be making any money off of said items. I have a running list on my computer of those who haver already volunteered.
3. Money: I need someone that will be in charge of collecting all the money that is made from food, raffle, etc. The last time we just had a jar sitting out and whoever wanted to put money in could, but I think it will run alot smoother if we had someone in charge of this.
4. Scheduling: I will be doing the scheduling for the most part but if you want to help me out with that, i'd appreciate the heck out of it.
This is our way of showing our appreciation to the "Geeks" for all of the hard work they put in every month to keep this awesome site up and running. If you've been to other fish related sites I'm sure you will agree that this is the best site out there. Its very informative, fun and most all its very personable. Lets do our best to keep it this way.
