What is the best way to ship fish, UPS or southwest airlines?

92 Gallon Duboisi, Clown Loaches.
40 Gallion fry.
10 Gallon fry.
33 Gallon Shrimp.
4000 Gallon Koi. -
Depends on what you're shipping.
For delicate fish i like to use Southwest.
That way it gets from you to the recipient within a couple of hours. -

Nope...if you can get some Kordon breathable bags you can ship them in very little water. Problem right now is going to be the temp...snowing in Denver. You can ship Fedex if you don't tell them what it is. Use a hand warmer pack if you can't get the ones for fish...like they sell at Academy or Gander mountain and tape it to the underside of the styrofoam top. 1/3 water...2/3 oxygen. I use priority mail with great success but my Bettas don't need a lot of water. I insulate the box with 1/2 foam insulation from Lows and double bag all my bettas incase the 1st bag leaks. I have some 40 & 60 hour heat packs if your in a bind and want them bad enough to drive down to TexasCity. I also have a few breathable bags & foam insulation & Priority shipping boxes, labels and tracking numbers........'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'

or just pay 50 bucks plus a fuel charge and become a known shipper....its the best way to ship!a whole lot stress on the fish!!!you can ship anywhere in the united states for around 50 bucks!petro crazy!!!

my honest experience with unexperienced shippers is ALWAYS death...be very careful ive had the most hardy of fish arrive at my door completely toasted...and youre talking about tropheus fry...I make people happyComment

dont feed for 2 days
use bag buddies
3/4ths air 1/4th water
double bag
use heat packs depending on weather!
you also want the bags mostly solid and not flat.
flat means no air!!!petro crazy!!!Comment
