Looks like a Shovelnose (aka Bonnethead) shark. I caught one in Galveston back in 1996. Made some tasty steaks.

i fillet and skin mine, then salt, pepper, lemon and butter and bake it... just ur standard way of cooking fish...

just had some the other day actually , but it wasnt shark

but tasted great nonetheless
