I'm less worried about guns these days and more worried about what's happening with ammo. .40 ammo has trippled in price this year and there are few places that have any. Wal Mart has a 2 box limit.

i really wish we would keep the fishbox out of politics and religion and other social issues, is there a way to take the lounge option down so that all the political or religious or social debates can be done in forums dedicated to those causes?

i hear what your saying, and its not stable at all. some places go way up while others get stuff in super cheap. i just ordered a bunch of stuff online and saved a bundle. and got some cool toys at the same time. gun prices are going up too, not as fast as ammo, but getting there. im trying different companies to see what my guns like best for the least cost. luckily most have not been too picky. was especially surprised at my sig mosquito, eats high velocity brick ammo, very cheap compared to minimag. and my bersa isnt picky at all. of course for my cz i have to get either really old ammo, or expensive new, but man is it fast ammo. but old is super cheap got 360 rnds for like 40 bucks

cheap gun and cheap ammo that can go through low level bullet proof gear, pretty handy.

My Friend is reloading right now, so the cost is about what it was before the increases.. You just have to recollect the empty shells. I have been able to shoot a lot more than I have been able to in the last few months.
Only thing I shoot is 9mm and .45 ACP, but he has been reloading .308 rifle rounds too. Going to work on .223 but the problem with them is that filling the shells are a pain in the a$$.
Going to go see the range sometime this week I am thinking..
Got to sight in my Saiga AK47 rifle.

i got a box of 400 5.56x45mm (what is the main differance between that and the .223?) for a bit under 200 bucks tax and shipped... and i've found some nice and cheap win 148g 308 for 16 bucks...

if you look around you can find a lot of ammo for not too much. value packs at walmart (i hate to even say it) arent a bad deal. or online. particularly is you can find surplus, but not always necessary. i found some good deals on some sites, they range soooo widely though you really need to look around.
