Mmmmm good question. Think I've got mine about 2'years now.. Actual spawning began between 1 and 1,5 I think. Depends on the species as well. Others didn't spawn, or i missed it (and they ate the eggs). Just was at home and about 35 hatched I think. Super tiny. Try to take pics of this little minis later.
So wonderful! I'm curious, how is the water quality there? Here in Houston our city water is quite hard and comes out at a pH around 7.6 to 8. Do you keep your corys in a specific pH?

Nope, tapwater it is. Ph around 7,2. I have some problems with C.Habrosus. That may be due to the Ph and hardness !!!! If you want some try to get tank breds out your neighbourhood. They are more used to Ph in The place you live in. Aeneus and Peppered aso don't mind at all (as long it's no petrol hahaha).
Haha! Well I do keep sterbai and panda corys and they are fat and happy. The pH in that tank (a 105 South American tank) is around 7.4, and they seem to love it.
Welcome, Glad to have you here on the box. All your tanks look great! It's wonderful to see people from all over the world here on the box. BTW how did you stumble upon this community?
Those 2 could ask more specific Ph, but my pandas are perfectly okay in 7,2. Bred in it by a breeder from here as well !!! What about "yellow" a blue eyed Paleatus (no albino)
