The rollers I have (I never throw anything away) came off a king size waterbed frame if that helps you make your accessment.

Thanks, Loretta. I'll look it up on MapQuest and maybe if I leave a day early I'll find it before the meeting is over.

              Looking forward to it.

                    Welcome!

Like CF so richly put, I think you'll be fine with the rollers for the 2 tanks, they did hold up a few more gallons when under the waterbed!

Re: Look what the New Year dragged in! And more questions.

Loretta, thank you. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone and picking up new information, etc. Do I need to bring anything?

Just had someone give me a tank she thought might be a 10H. Well, I got it home and measured it. It's 20L x10W x 24H. That has to be a 15-something, doesn't it? Can you get these tanks recut? And it filthy......is it OK to use steel wool or a razor to scrape the gunk off?

The Tank you are describing is called a 20g X-High, its outside dimensions should be 20 1/4 x 10 1/2 x 23 3/4.  It has the same floor dimensions as a 10g therefore when you are looking for lights/tops or anything else for it this is the tank size you will be looking for items for.  In principal the 20g X-high is two 10g stacked on top of each other.

Re: Look what the New Year dragged in!

I just spent all day in my workshop building a new stand for the 55 gallon I'm getting this weekend. It's going on the bottom.

The second shelf is to hold a 29-30 gallon tank I haven't gotten yet, and the top shelf is to hold 2, 10 gallons. This 20 g X-H isn't going to work unless I can get it cut down to the size of a 10 or trade it. Of course, I didn't realize all this until after I had cleaned it. LOLOLOL

Anyone have a 29-30 gallon (used) for sale?  And can I get this 20g XH cut down?

I'll trade you the 20XH for a 10g and $5. Just thought I would throw it out there... I've got a couple 10's sitting around that I am not supposed to put water in. I also have a 30 gallon XL available.

PM me if you are interested. And welcome to the box, sexy at 61.... umm... I mean... sxyatsxty1  :)
