  • Angel fish eggs?

IMG_0012.jpg My angel fish laid eggs last night, what do I do now?

    The female will proctect them.
Here is more help rather than just one line from me.
Show quality angelfish, IFGA guppies, bristlenose and fancy swordtails available here. We also carry a line of fish supplies that breeders find valuable.

When I had my Angels they ate their eggs the first several times, so be aware that they will do this & it is common. If you do have fry you will need to have a pkg of Baby Brine Shrimp (found frozen at a lfs) to feed them after their yolk sak is gone. How large is your tank? The smallest you should have a breeding pair is a 20g tall, with no other fish in the tank. Angel's will get VERY protective of their eggs & eventually fry. When mine were in a community set up I had to put up a divider to protect the other fish. I only had fry once I moved them to their own tank.
