I recently purchased a used 90 gallon tank and noticed it has air bubbles running down the left and right sides of the tank, how concerned should I be?

Just for the record, that was my tank. It has held water just fine for a long as I've had it with no leaks. I got used to seeing the bubbles I guess. My 125 also has a few bubbles in the vertical seals as well but has held up just fine and I've had it longer than the 90.Comment

I wouldn't worry at all about it. My 125 has some and there's no issues holding on it. You got a good tank, bubbles just have to be lived with some times.ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕComment

I've actually cut the silicone on some of my tanks before to give it a cleaner look. The major silicone to worry about is the silicone inbetween the glass panes.700g Mini-Monster tankComment

There's the silicone that's wedged between the glass at the corners.
The flattened silicone you see that is visible on a single pane is just run off that is spread. It does little to actually hold the two glass pieces together.700g Mini-Monster tankComment
