now since i am such addicted to it, trying to figure the right canister for PURIGEN, but well not sure i have already my 2215 and aquaclear 110 duing the work force, and well i can absolutely add purigen to the canister filter the way it is, but I want to and extra filter filled only with purigen and a fine pad or pollyfill.Since I have the 55G, I was planning on adding the 2211 with only purigen or a 2213, now i know over filtering will never be bad but i am not going to use the spray bar on either, which one should do best the 2211 with 60gph or the 2213 with 116gph it is going to only be used for purigen so i will assume the slower the rate the better chance purigen catching particles. Yes i know i am such a GEEK, but also cheap , I want to make my stash of purigen last longer :)

I agree with going with the lower rate. I'd add fine filter pad to further clean up the water.

+1 on the 2213, but I already got the 2211 ,I can still fit like almost .7liters of purigen on it which i think is enough. I still have the aquaclear 110 and the 2215 i can still but small bags of purigen there too, and then the tank will be overdose in purigen, now I have to time it correctly when i have to regenerate it, I do not want the tank to go Cold Turkey on me, it my go crazy and hunt me ;-)
