    There was a computer back in the 80's that had a common problem (I forget what it was) and when people called tech support, they were told to pick the computer up a few inches and drop it.

    Yeah, that was me. Thanks. I told my daughter we were going to a place like a fish store. She wasn't satisfied so we had to stop at a real one on the way home.
