It worked when I first plugged it in, and has worked for the past 2 days....My socket in the wall works..both plugs...nothing else is plugged into the outlet but the light, bulb is fine, I tested it in another fixture, and I tested a known working bulb into it...but no light-up. on/off switch clicks correctly, nothing looks to be wrong, but it just doesn't work now.....What else can I check?Originally posted by Darbex View PostIs anything plugged into the same socket? Does it work? Does the ballast look ok?

It is a 36in T6 flourecent Uni strip with a 39w bulb. Bulbs color looks fine, no sign of a burn out....everything clicks into place fine. I tried to fit another 36inch bulb in to see if it would work, a bulb I know is good, and still no light....Originally posted by mgarrido View PostWhat kind? T5, t8, PC?
The thing is brand new still in the original box...

Wow, cool fish! First one I've seen. Googled some interesting info.Originally posted by dblondfemme View PostDarbex... that cool pleco came from me. They are so completely cool. Look them up online Farlowella Acus. He needs driftwood and will let fish pick on him/her with little movement. I havent' seen many of these around so you and I are special at the moment lol. I love finding cool plecos... and I love sharing them even more.
