River*Usumacinta drainage Biotope build

Setting out to create a Biotope for the vieja argentea. Here is my 220g. Will start plumbing soon. Will be dual 2262 closed loop. Will update as progress continues.

Laid more egg crate.added more rock to the left. starting to fill in, goal was to cover all intake and outputs. completed adding the sand. Mixed in some nice gravel.getting ready to fill her up.looks really good, like a creek bed. Filling up using plastic bags makes such a difference. All finished! Water is crystal clear. Will begin the cycling process and add stock soon.

Nearly a month into it. Current stock is 4 argentea, 3 salvini, 7 thorichthys meeki. Future stock plans are to add 12 green sword tails, 7 thorichthys pasionis, 4 maskaheros regani.
