Water parameters for spawning

I am planning on having my Bolivian and German rams start spawning but not sure about the correct water parameters. Here is my current water readings:

Nitrate - 10
Nitrite - 0
Hardness - 150
Alkalinity - somewhere between 200-300 test strip is blue
PH - 8.0

Will these be ok for the rams to start spawning. My parameters are constant and have not changed in 5 months since setting up the tank.

if you leave them alone. Keep their water clean. they will spawn or they will not. Spawning is up to them. You can only feed and keep the water clean.

I believe in the lunar cycle theory. Good water change several days before a full moon equals babies.
