Thanks,Originally posted by mistahoo View PostLove the new scape. Looks very great! I've seen a very similar layout before in one of these old threads when I was digging through a lot of them.
I actually got the idea from the 850g display at adg they had up.FRENCH FRY!!!

That was a very nice tank. Can't wait to see what's next! I wanted to do something similar but mixing it up a bit. Have the root look in the middle and two big pieces of the sides. I have a piece that would be perfect if I could find something like it but bigger.Originally posted by TaTeR ToT View PostThanks,

That sounds cool, I've never seen a setup the way your describing it.
Those two tall pieces ek has along with some manzinita or cypress in the center would be sick.
Is that kind of what your talking about?
If nobody buys those two off of him, I may pick them up, been having an itch for another jardini.FRENCH FRY!!!

Somewhat like this stump (not the two pieces of wood next to and on top of it), but much bigger on each side. Then a bunch of large manzanita wood in the middle branching out towards the stumps. Load the thing up with plants to give color contrast as well. I'll get it done eventually!

They look sweet and I like the detail at the top so the floor of the tank is as open as possible.Originally posted by mistahoo View PostI was thinking about taking those two, but not quite what I have in mind. It could work with the two. Seen them in person and in his tank before.FRENCH FRY!!!

Driftwood ain't cheap.
I happened into these branches from barrett, a couple were ones I bought a couple years ago from fish ranch.
Paid $90 for two 40"+ sticks. Good dw is pricey but you get what you pay for.FRENCH FRY!!!
