Beauty is in the beholder of the eye. I doesn't look that bad to me though. I see a lot of people with SA/CA fish use the flower pots as decor and leave the tank bare or they might have gravel with it. They usually don't look nice, but it's a good idea when you have such aggressive fish all packed into one tank. What are you going to do when your fish mature? They get quite large and eventually they're going to fight for territory. Those flowerpots won't save them then, unless you cut the hole on the bottom much larger. What's that on your powerhead? It looks like a ton of pest snails? What's your general stock list? I could tell what most of them were, but there were probably some more I couldn't see.
Man talk about a wide spectrum of fish! Community, SA/CA, African. I like tanks like these with mixes of fish, but they rarely last a year, one will become dominate and kill off the others. Other than that it's a nice start to a nice tank.

Not even a year. My fish are already tearing at each other. Lost 2 fish already not including the 3 missing bichirs. The larger ones are doing fine though. My male salvini has some serious flesh wound and the two bichirs are constantly messing with each other. Red devils are worse when it comes to aggression! Good luck though. The OP should have a better chance than I do since he's working with younger fish and has a lot of hiding spots.
In the process of adding several more tanks through out the house. Flowerhorns will get there own home. My son will end up with a 75g to 150g in his room. The plecos will find home in an indoor pond (converting my 14 person hot tub into a pond). The only problem that I have has is a jaguar eating his younger siblings ( all bought together and approx same size) other than that, all have found homes and play well with others. Open to splitting up selection to other tanks and add ons.
100g 2 pink convicts, 2 convicts, 1 Red Devil , 2 Jaguar, 1 FM, 2 Green jewel, 1 Red Jewel, pleco, brisstlenose, spotted cat
60g EBJD, Jag, Severum
29g 3 angels, tetras
10g wife's mollies and guppies and ghost cats
10g planted baby hatchery
Whoa... That's a pretty diverse tank! You got some peaceful with with aggressive fish. If I were you, I'd ditch the common pleco. They make too much waste and get very large. You could have a indoor pond full of nice variety of plecos! That would be so awesome!
