    Should my balls float?

    8O I just got my giant Marimo Balls in...should they float?
    Are they going to float forever?

    I dont like the idea of balls floating in my tank. I'm just not into it.

    Try a lead fishing weight and a bit of nylon fishing line.

    He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

      alexa...when i got mine in they floated too....i gently squeezed them and got water into them and they sank....
      but just like you i sure didn't want them floating around in my tank that's for sure.....

        Problem solved. They just needed a good squeeze. Who'da thunk it?

              yeah...it was too easy and God knows she's so innocent. I couldn't bring myself to do it.  :snooty:

                          Read up on these guys some times they do float, Thats what they do in their natural setting.

                            Just remember cold water causes shrinkage.
