I found a lot of conflicting info about the bumble bees.....most of the info I found on them were that they are in fact freshwater fish that can tolerate low end brackish. But then again I see these things in saltwater tanks a lot too.
Wow, interesting. I have never found anything that says they are freshwater. I know there are two species out there being sold as bumblebee gobies, and one is more tolerant (according to what I've read) to FW and can live in it for extended periods, but both really fare better in brackish.
Then again, it's what I've read. If I could go to their natural habitat and test the water in numerous places, I would be much happier. :)
EDIT - Yes, the clarity is VERY noticeable! Tank looks great.
We decided to throw on an extra little 9inch 18watt coralife in the back area where most of the plants are since there will be no plants in the foreground. Just to give it a little more umph.

Wait, did you convert the standard 10gal to the ADA "style"? Bravo. I believe you always have extra tubes of silicone at home.
Besides, I would recomment you to change the blue bulb to white to reduce brown algae growing. Again, congratulation on your tank.
its areally nice looking tank. more artistic placement of light on the left for photos, but better overall with it in the middle in my opinion. this is an exciting tank. I am etting up my heavy planted 29 in a week or so in the new place. just got some cool lookin wood from my backyard that i can hardly wait to use. and please let us know if you find val nana, i think a lot of us would like trimmings of that plant. i think EK has some.
Never fear I is here

I think it looks great! Very clean and uncluttered!
However....
I would strongly advise a layer (between the tank and stand) of felt, styrofoam or some cushioning substance. All it would take is a large grain of sand, or some slight warpage of the stand to cause enough uneven pressure on the tank bottom that the bottom will crack. I made a 23" x 14" x 12"H tank much like yours, only with 1/4" glass. It did fine for several months, but the wooden stand warped slightly (I believe due to the humidity level in the fishroom) and the bottom of the tank cracked. It was a slow leak and the only reason I figured out which tank was leaking is because it had dropped 1" of water. Only after removal of the gravel did I find the slowly leaking crack across the bottom :(.
Someone (I forget who) told me the instructions that came with their new ADA tank recommended a layer of something under it, and I imagine this is probably why. Someone here who has purchased a new ADA tank can either confirm or deny this since I didn't actually see the instructions myself.
Congratulations on a really nice job though. I think it looks great! :)
