+1 here, this is where I go on the SW part of town.

refill is very cheap! 5lb is like 6-7buck 10lb 7-10buck

As for the place on Murphy, beware that they will charge you for hidden hazard fee. $30? plus the swap will bring you to almost $60? not cool. They might have change but if you do go there. Ask about the fee first!

I checked on AOC's website and I found a closer location to me. There is one one Chimney Rock. So if the one on Murphy is too much, I believe it is called Matheson, then I will drive out there and refill my tank.

The AOC at that location only do swap. You can call to check the price. If you have a shiny bottle, I would go to Rosenburg.

I got my bottle from another person from fish box and its not shiny. Coincedently the tank has Chimney Rock written on it. :o

Defalco's (my fav. homebrew supplier) on Stella Link...costs a few bucks to fill a 5lb tank. Drop your tank off in the morning and they'll put it in their sub-zero fridge and fill it up right before you pick-up so you get more volume instead of filling a room temperature tank.
