Had another batch hatch so I have 150-200 blue mystery snails now. They range from couscous size to pea size. I have another 2 sets of eggs that will hatch soon. I gotta start selling these ********.

If you want them to live and grow, give them lots of food. Of course you may not want that many! My eggs have not hatched yet and I'm up to 4 egg cases. I just saw some of my purple strips on top of one of the white females.

Cool! have any hatched yet? I've got some white ones that have laid eggs on June 17th. And I have some purple striped ones growing up, they should be laying eggs soon.

Both egg clutches could be laid by the same female. There is a way to tell the sex of your snail but you have to get kind of personal with them.

sounds like it but they can hold egg for months and just not be able to get out of the water to lay. If you leave them alone they will hatch in about two weeks. they will be the size of a pin head and larger fish will eat them...

So I went to feed the fish this morning and there was a second bunch of eggs. They had already dried out. I've had two blues for a few months and just added a third a few weeks ago. I'm guessing the one I recently added was male and the older two were female.

It take two week to hatch out. they just need to be left alone and water to stay close but not in the water.
    good luck.
