Home Depot has clear plstic tubes in the lighting section. I'm not sure if they have exactly what you are looking for, but you can try.

sounds like vinyl tubing is what you are looking for. works well, but you will need pvc for elbows and other stuff.you can get it at home depot, lowes

I've ordered from them before. Little pricey, but if you only need a few items it's not that bad (I was looking to make a clear extension from my bulk heads).

Best part, these are normal PVC sizes so will match up exactly to white PVC.

not quite i was looking for piping not tubing. piping is rigid. basically clear pvc pipe.

How much you needing?

I have some 1/2" clear (sch40). I know you need 3/4" but depending on the application maybe 1/2" pipe with a reducer will work?
