I think Dan at HAW had a couple .....that was a few weeks ago, I'm not sure if they would still be there, but I am fairly sure he would ask about 300, or more for them.

I would buy a FX5 for $269 here for sale here.

Or go by and talk with Trong at Extreme or Andy at Fishland, they will work with you on price and most likely sell to you $200-250. Cash talks hardcore with Andy.

I love Eheim 2260 and 2262's, but they have gone up in pricing so bad this year its made them almost un-sellable.

Price of Plastic and the decline of the Dollar.

Fluval [Hagen product] is also made outside the US, but the pricing on them has been more stable, and besides eveyone remembers about 2-3 years ago when the Hagen Aqua Clear 110's went from $40 to about $70. They saw the future, and the couped their losses, to where now their stuff is cheaper, and the others are scrambling to protect cash flows.

Though it is no FX5 or Eheim 2260, I do have a Rena Filstar XP4 for sale $150 comes 85% new still in the box. The only parts that I used were the sponges, and the pump head. All other parts never used and still wrapped in the plastic.

If you want it let me know, all you will need is some bio-media and I have some of that I might give or sell really cheap to fill it with.
