Re: Hurricane Ike....................

Howdy,

Ike has changed direction and is headed to south Texas to the King Ranch area.  We may get rain out of the storm.  LOL, it could change direction and head back towards Galveston.  They are even talking landfall being later in the day on Saturday now.  Looks like we may have to work Thursday/Friday now at UTMB.  Later, ken

Re: Hurricane Ike....................

My hopes it stays it course... I really want this auction to come though without a hitch !!
... and I dont want to see the HCCC hurt either by this storm....
From the looks of it, I am thinking that the storm will most likely hit as a high Cat 2 low Cat 3 (depending on speed of movement and other factors)

Re: Hurricane Ike....................

So is there a good chance the auction will be canceled? Or we are gathering no matter what?
Cheers,

Re: Hurricane Ike....................

As of right now the auction is still a GO. We are going to discuss it at our officers meeting 2morrow further and see where IKE is then. But again we are still a Go as of right now.

Re: Hurricane Ike....................

Is this another attempt to boost both of your post counts?  I took over roadside assistance so my time is limited, I still drop in every now and then just not as much as I use too!

Re: Hurricane Ike....................

Does this mean you get to drive around in a big Mercedes mini Van and repair MB's all day long on the side of the road ?
