  • White dots on mopani

    What are they ? They weren't there last night, im not sure what they could be.

    Edited to add I have nerites but they cant breed in freshwater from what I read.

      They won't hatch will they? Will fish eat em or will it be a pita to keep up with to get rid of ?

        Nah. They won't hatch. They have to be near the water surface and have certain other conditions. I've been seeing nerite eggs in my tank for a year now but they never hatch. I still just have my 6 original ones.

            They are actually a brackish water snail and need a higher end brackish to marine system to hatch. They can be a PITA to remove, but otherwise just annoying.
