thanks.  yeah im gonna try and do a 30l setup.  gonan see what i can get as far as 1" fish locally without payin a ton of cash.    i am also goona see about doin some live plants. yall have any ideas of some good live plants for this type of setup??

I am doing good with anubias and java ferns with driftwood plus a few onion plants. I also have shrimp , but sooned learned NOT to include ghost shrimp which would take even small Neons!!!

Frank's Aquarium has a lot of nano fish, and is good for research. I got quite a lot though at FishRanchII

so the ghost shrimps are a no no.  but the cherry shrimps ok?

cherries work great, as do amanos and I also have the fan shrimp (Bamboo...about 2", but also vampyre A. Gabonensis) and they are all peaceful together....
