What do you think of "Tanked"

Acting is horrible but show is cool. I usually record Tanked and a show on Discovery called Fish Tank Kings and then watch them Sunday morning when I'm relaxing and drinking some coffee

tankedphoto.jpg Visited the Tanked warehouse while in Vegas this summer. Everyone there was very welcoming. Picture taken with the General. They were filming when I was there so I couldn't go into the warehouse where they make the tanks.

Thanks all. I'll check the other thread. In basic they only seem to own the company that makes the tanks. They should keep it that way hahaha. B-actors but D (or worse) comedians hahhahaha

I love the tanks that they make usually awesome work what they put in the tanks for decoration is pure crap

We did have a thread that ran through a lot of member opinions on Tanked, as well as other shows on other networks. Most people were on par with what bee says. i wouldnt even give their comedy a B-....thats very generous of you :)

They do give some more information, but what fish likes to live in a popcorn- or basketballshoe-biotope??????? Beside they are such bad b-movie-actors hahaha.

Hi Aad, I think the general feeling has been that the company on the show makes show tanks that aren't usually in keeping with what most hobbyists prefer. They've taken a lot of heat for not describing and displaying proper acclimation techniques and such. Their response has been that the general public likely does not care about such details, but they have started to include more and more true information about the process itself. They do state that they adhere to the proper methods of acclimation, etc.

What are the Dutch forums saying?
