The room seems to be fairly cool going to home depot after my H2O change should be the last one if all goes well and we can get everything painted the way we want it

Lol, they will like it out here. The schools are awesome. I'm in Pinecrest which is on the front side of Three Lakes; between the Silverado & Parkway. Been here since '99.

I still have the mosaic flooring. Good for fish tanks, bad when people have expectations that you should not be walking on concrete inside the house. The tile to concrete transition is not smooth & there's no rug to tie the room together, lol. I really need to have someone come out and look at it, I'm just afraid of how many zero's it's gonna have behind it to fix this foundation.
