Fish store workers

i think the issue here is the employee making up answers as they go along or just lying to make a sale, by doing so you shoot yourself in the foot. it's better to give a real answer, even if it means losing the sale, because you gain a loyal customer who knows that they can trust you and will ask for you by name when they come back..

i like to think i know my stuff... however i don't know everything. and i never claim to. when people ask me questions i don't have the answers for, i am quick to admit it, be happy to have a chance to learn something new, and either google on my phone or find somebody else who does know. i always try to share personal experiences whenever i can. :) come see me.

That is why you find people who work at the store and actually know what they're talking about. That way whenever you go back you know who to speak to. Almost all stores will have an employee like this.

That is why i don't buy livestock from fish stores. And the don't have what i want it the other reason.

Just a quick rant but i hate it when i go to a fish store see a cool fish and ask the workers about the fish (what they eat, how big they will grow, price, etc) and the worker knows nothing and starts to make stuff up anybody else hates this? And im not talking about petsmart or petco im talking about a fish store that sells all fish supplies and fish
