  • What is this fish? Help ID!

My cousin just bought a tank and it came with a lot of fish.  The only one we can't ID is this one.  Anyone know what it is?  I need to know if I can bring it to my house to live with me.

Special tail colors.....it's something special, and worth 10 times more than a plain ol tin foil barb.....

It is related to a barb...but not one...
edit: it has a pig face... and kisses the glass as well as eats food right from your fingers, sucking the food right out of them.  Mine now swims up into my hand when I feed frozen food.  He likes the touch.

oh...I can give a lot of info relating to mine.  He's great.  He is listed as semi aggressive, but has never once been anything but gentle to my angels.  They can tell him to back off and he turns around and swims the other way.  Some of my angels are dime size and he herds them in for feeding time so they don't have to wait.  I do feed a variety of food...flake, brine shrimp, bloodworms... as well as him nibbling on my plants (which I do not mind at all).  He is the indicator to the rest of the tribe in that tank to come to the corner to eat.  I think he hears/feels me coming.  He will be a great addition to whatever tank he is in.
