It all started in Providence,RI. I was 10 years old when i saw my neighbors fishes and fell in love. My mom gave me $50 for my birthday which i used to buy my first 10g kit. Being young and naive i bought a baby koi which had become too big and could barely fit in the tank so i released him into the park pond. 13 years later i started up again when i found a 29g tank with everything ac70 and heater on the side of the road. i felt like a kid all over again. Guess what i put in there lol......... 2 oscars 6 months into it realized Oscars do not belong in such a small tank. I used google and found HFB. I quickly joined, found a 100 gallon, and some useful info to run with. I added a silver arrowana. A couple years later they died because i never quarintine live feeders and finaly got a bad batch. I then turned it to a melting pot of afrian cichlids. This quickly became boring. Now it has grown into a frontosa tank and I have a 180 in the works for the transfer.

Ive always had goldfish , probably since the age of 10. I find it really relaxing to just chill and watch, if your down or upset its the best cure and i just love it. Such an amazing expierence everytime looking into the tank , your pretty much watching a life of a fish.

I have now gotten into tropical fish and its an addiction on a whole different level!
