I used to work at a high end fish shop in San Diego. And cleaning coral tanks and having my hands in and out of salt water over time made the tips of my finger tips crack. Say wht u will but the salt dried my hands out and coco butter did heal that issue up nicey. Ill post a link so u guys can see the store i worked in. It was called Aquatic Warehouse, i actually still have two of the work shirts " im wearing one today" !!
