Do i know who they are yes.

Do i shop in the store no.

What i believe in is respecting hard working people that are doing what they think is right and respecting them for doing so.

It's hard making a living these days and i'm sure the cost to move isn't cheap and their dollars are damn hard earned.

You don't like it keep your negative opinions to yourself and move on. It's called choices.

Having not shopped there yourself, I don't take kindly to being told to withhold commenting about my bad experiences at Aqua Zoo as a shopper who actually used to spend money there. I'm pretty sure that most of us here don't have money growing on trees and just as Shannon and Prosper might work hard for their dollars, so do we. So I'll be damned if I don't get good customer service from any store I walk into if they are supposedly working hard for their money and being asked to keep my negative comments about it to myself.

It's only fair to expect negative feedback along with positive feedback so your request to withhold commenting on negative will only promote a biased outlook on the business, which might not turn out too well for future customers there if their business practices haven't changed.

I've never been to AquaZoo but when I go into stores, I usually just look around to browse their selection and I'd rather not have someone all up on my back asking, "Do you need any help?". I normally go ask someone for something if I ever needed anything.

This post is about aqua zoo negative comments or positive your not telling people that are posting good things to keep their comments to themselves. I respt people who give respect and every time i have been in that store i have not been treated the way a good buisness owner should treat potential customers im a barber and i greet every single customer that walks into my shop and i thank every one when they leave for comeing in. And if i was doing wrong i would hope im called out on it so i can change it

Aquazoo is run the way Prosper chooses to run it.

Prosper was one of the original big player's in the Houston market and he has forgotten more than most will ever know.

This thread is just a small sampling of the wrong turn this forum has taken.

You want to fix something go back to talking about what makes this hobby so great and quit filling up useless pages with crap like this.

+1 I like the laid back attitude in their store. No high pressure sales, just strait forward, knowledgeable advice when asked for.

+1 on aquazoo. Don't know about you guys but i've been 3 times now. Each visit better then the last. I had a minor problem with my minnow and she gave me a free one. On top of that she hooked it up on live plants for my skrimps. I find them very knowledgeable on their fish and very great insight on my tanks. I'd recommend to any one. This is 20 mins from me and I will be doing plenty of business with them for years to come. I look forward to their new location. Go aquazoo.
