  • Best Piece of Driftwood Ever

This was IMO, the best piece of driftwood for a show / pleco aquarium that I have ever seen. Paid $35 for it in Pierre Part...
The gray slate is 1 inch thick x 18 inches long x 12 inches.
    This is the front:

Here is a side view. The piece has 2 large trunks, perfect for plecos. One is horizontal, one is at a 45 degree angle.

Both trunks did not have holes on the other end, so I drilled some large holes...

This will be the centerpiece of my 220 gallon aquarium when I redo it over Memorial day.

That's beautiful! I've been scouring my yard for a decent-sized piece of cholla to use as a hide for my little pleco. I can imagine that will be a pleco playland when it's put in the tank!
