glass = easier to clean since it's not so easy to scratch
acrylic = gotta be careful when cleaning to keep from scratching
glass = once scratched not easily removed
acrylic = able to buff out scratches
pretty much it.

I had a quick question for whenever I do look at upgrading. Glass or Acrylic? I know of the price different and the weight different but not sure about the rest.

I now want a bigger tank so we can get Angel fish! I always thought you could get whatever tank you wanted and put whatever fish you wanted in it.Boy am I glad Chris found this site.
I to wish anything would work, but there is a fun challenge in making a tank function and work. Glad you both found it as well, we always enjoy helping out and you all will be helping with advice in no time!!!

I'd go with Diamond or Bleeding Hearts. Your bottom is set, between Cories and Rams its a bit crowded and anything else would get someone pushy in a tank that size. A school of 4-6 Hatchets or bloodfins should really do well and then you can think about adding anything else into the mix.

I keep forgeting you have a 15. You can have 2 angels but in 3 months you will need a bigger thank.
You should move your sand no matter how fine it is or how big. That way you can also remove decay food and other waste.
