lol, I'm scared we might not be able to get a full sheet of wood that's 8'x30" back there.

Tank is not moving and I got limited space to work with around the tank. Maybe we can install it by taking it over the top of the tank.

That is what I was thinking a out going over the top. Also that's another reason to use 1/4" it has some flexibility to it. I'll get on it soon

Never mind, I think I just couldn't see the fish close enough to see the distinctive mouths of the petros.

Yeah, some of my fishes are lighter in color then I like. I have petro ikolas in my tank and they seem a little washed out. I'm hoping a black BG will bring their color out. I know you have a bunch of tall tanks. Where can I get a 30" tall black plastic background?

I dunno. I just got some cheap black fabric from walmart cut to the desired length and folded it in half. so that is wasn't see through. :)

I've used this and it works well, not as much reflection and know shine through.

Does it have wavy spots near where you taped it to the tank?

Can you post some side shot pictures so I can see how it contacts the acrylic wall?
