I have a 215 Gal Oceanic. Is it possible to turn the tank into reef ready? If so is there anyone local I could contact? I was first told this could not be done as the glass is tempered and it would crack, then I was told that it could be done using a wet stone cutter or wet stone grinder. I do not know which information is correct and I don't want to destroy the tank. Can this be done? Any information would be appreciated thanks.

Both information given is correct. You can not drill a tempered glass panel.
But if your glass bottom is not tempered you can drill it. Glass drilling will require a special bit and water.
I'm to scared to drill glass but I'll do acrylic all day.
Not sure who would drill it for you. Maybe this helps.....

you can use overflow boxes as opposed to drilling the tank any of these would work
