Re: african cichilids, severum, balas, loaches and what abou
Let's see...
Severum: 12"
Bala (just one, but they're schooling fish) - 16"+
Loaches (Clowns? If so, also schooling) - 12"+
Frontosa - 12"+?
How many of each do you have? And how big is the tank you will be getting?"Millennium hand and shrimp!"

Re: african cichilids, severum, balas, loaches and what abou
First of all, besides the Africans (I'm assuming RLCs?), the rest of the fish in your tank will appreciate a pH of 7 or lower, while the Africans and the Frontosa need higher pH and harder water.
As far as getting along, I'm not sure, but I do know that the size of the tank will factor in when considering how each will tolerate the other in its space. That's one of the main reasons I was asking. :)"Millennium hand and shrimp!"
