John,
No preliminary results have been posted on the necropsy.
I didn't test the tank for stray voltage. I know you and I talked about it, but I can't afford to buy a "volt-o-meter"(unless they're cheap- like under 30 dallahz) nor hire somone to come out and do it. The necropsy cost a pretty penny!
I will be looking for the report on Monday.

I am currently growing daphnia to feed my bettas and daphnia are extreemly sensitive to water quality.
The Mars Society of Canada (MSC) is dedicated to enabling the near-term human exploration of Mars with public education, advocacy and research projects.
The last time I was at fish gallery they had live daphnia.Last edited by PhishPhreek; 01-29-2010, 10:14 AM.'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'

They are sensitive, but I've found that without green water, they don't survive long - no matter how great your water is. At least that's what I've experienced. I know there is an art to keeping daphnia. :)
And sorry, Traci, I just saw your post! I am currently low on scuds, but might be able to find some for you in one of my tanks, if you want. And Nick is right - they're all over our local waterways, but I usually wait and don't pu
t them in tanks with fish until they're quarantined for a few weeks. Because you just never know..."Millennium hand and shrimp!"

Hello All,
I recieved the results of the necropsy.
They were unable to find a diagonosis because of the decomposition (autolysis) of the fish.
It really sucks that it came out like that.
I will be getting more trophs for that tank, to be sure.
I feel really dispappointed right now after all the anger and it ends as inconclusive.
But I want to thank you guys for your support, ideas and brainstorming. It would've been alot harder without you guys.
All the best,
