How to clean Glass?

I have a new (to me) 125g. I scrubbed the inside of the glass as I was filling it, but the inside still has a cloudy appearance. Is there anything I can do to clear this up without completely draining it? I tried a razor blade, but no effect.

razor blade? Be sure to avoid the corners.. you don't want to compromise the seals.
That is how I clean all of my glass... because with the well I have very hard water
